Comp Model = Dell Inspiron 1521 Comp OS = Windows Vista (no service packs) When I ran the install for Vista service pack 2, it gets stuck on "installing service pack stage 3 of 3".
Unfortunately the latest update, KB3074681 which was pushed to Insiders on build 10240 yesterday, appears to be crashing Explorer when certain tasks are performed based on multiple reports I have received over social media.
I have been able to confirm that attempting to disable an active network adapter causes the crash as does trying to uninstall a program from the Explorer does restart immediately and returns you to your desktop without losing any of your open programs thankfully.
